Tipped My Seedling Over, Now It's Drooping. Will It Recover?

It wasn't a major event or anything...at least I didn't think so. I briefly tipped over my Solo cup while setting it up under the light. Only a tiny bit of dirt came out & the plant's stem wasn't hurt at all. Nothing about the actual plant appeared damaged or out of place. It took less than 1 second to set the cup back up. But now the plant's leaves are drooping something fierce!

Do you think it will recover? Is there anything I can do to help? I'm trying to be as hands-off as possible--just let it soak up all the light & air while it recovers (hopefully). Just wasn't expecting it to react so dramatically! It happened about 3 hours ago. It's a 2 week old seedling. I attached a before & after pic.

(Yes, I'm a noob grower so sorry if this question is lame! lol). :dunce:

Stop skimping on the dirt fill that shit to within a 1/2 inch of the rim. Next, if that plant is two weeks old then your light, temps and food are not up to par.

The roots rip, leave it alone don't soak it but don't let it dry out, should be okay in time.

That's why I like 6 inch square pots, and they fit 8 in a tray exact
-good luck!:leaf:

Thanks! I gave it a gentle misting with the spray bottle & left it be.

It's small because I had it in the window 7 hours a day for like a week & there wasn't any direct sunlight...it got all stretchy but wasn't getting adequate light. (A few months ago my window was getting tons of direct light but not anymore. I assumed it would get better but it hasn't). Just now catching up by getting my CFLs plugged in. Got another on the way now. Am burying the stem as it grows...I was told to leave some empty space at the top in case of stretching but will definitely fill it all in soon. This'll be a small Solo cup grow all the way through due to stealth concerns. Can't have a giant stinking plant in my closet.

It's my first feminized seed grow so if it isn't impressive I can just try again. Got 6 more seeds but am trying to learn all I can each time.
