tigers

This will be my adoptive a.l. team, the cubs are my team, yeah I know they suck n always been a n.l. gut but will be hitting a few tiger games when weather gets nice.

I think they win the central but that is a lot of $ to throw at verlander with him being 31...still no closer either but the central blows so 90 wins gets it done.

Hopefully one of the closers by committee will
kick ass, outshine the rest, and make the closer
situation a non issue.

Mike Ilitch didn't look super wonderful when they
made the World Series last year and I'd like to see
them win it all before he passes.

The only bad thing about them being good is that
good tickets are more expensive and I have to
actually sit by other people:( Back when they sucked
I got great seats at face value (or below) and had
tons of space. Still well worth my minor inconvenience
to see them winningbongsmilie

It would be cool if we had enough people to buy a whole
row and fill it with patients and caregivers. Break out
the vape pens and medibles...:weed::weed::weed: The seats
would probably have to be high:bigjoint: up and against a crappy
team but I think it would be doable fun outing.

Now that my spartans are done I can focus on my Tigers. I'm glad they locked Verlander up. A good deal of his extension is incentives which I hope he gets everyone and more. Hard to believe he's 30 already. If we can stay healthy this year we are gonna win the world series. If a closer doesn't emerge by July then Dombrowski is gonna trade for one this summer in a deal that won't involve Rick Porcello.

Prediction for Porcello, 190 IP, 3.50 ERA, 170K.

I figure they have a closer in mind that they cannot get yet. Lots of trade options will emerge also. Valverde was fantastic, but when he lost it, it was simply gone. No club is taking a chance with him. Something
happened with our big potato, cuz overnight he went from the best closer in the league, to a fucking bum with little in between time.
Most stress-inducing Tiger I can remember was Fernando Rodney, remember that fucker!! It seemed like every other time he'd close he figure, lets load the bases and see if I can still win it. lmao. Fuck I was SO relieved when we got rid of him.

Cecil Fielder was one of my favorites, and I've always wanted Prince as a Tiger. I was worried he was going to just keep getting fat, til
he's useless like what happened to Shaun Rogers, but I heard that Prince Fielder does MMA training. I have a hunch that putting Prince with
Miguel is the best thing that could have happened to his career.

Now he's one of the best closers in the game. Go figure

Twins finished last in the division the last 2 years, and before that they are the team that would smash us.
I really want to win this first series. There is no excuse for a slow start this season.

I'm hoping for my birthday I'll be able to roll over to Minnesota for a few games during that series. I also want to roll down
to the south-side this season for a few games. Whatcha say about that one Corso?
They have 3 series in division's parks. The games in Chicago are mid July, mid Aug, and mid Sept.
