Thoughts on DWC vs. Soil for my new setup?

I'm making a new setup (larger room with mylar, new fans and upgrade to 400w HPS with seperate mother and clones in tent with T5's) and giving my old one to my buddy for his first grow and I was thinking about switching to DWC.

I'm wondering about growth rates, taste, and differences in Harvest with DWC? Has anyone done a side by side comparison in the same conditions?

Well i dont think there is much f a taste diff in my opinion but i would have to say that with dwc if you aint got your temps right you could promote algae growth specially if light gets in the resivoir and also some people say it can become a bitch when oyu have to lift the plants off to change water once they are big....so i owuld say jsut stick with soil bro and if you go anything go straight hydro,aeroponics,or jsut a drip system!
