This is what "ready" looks like

I harvested some tops off this unknown indica bagseed @ 30%, and it didn't look a lot different than is does now, but this one was confirmed fully ripe with 50% amber trichs, looking though a scope.

We get a lot of questions "is it done", so I thought this might be helpful

It also occurred to me that a grower who is growing for profit rather than personal use, may be more concerned with time than ripeness and this may explain all the immature bud I see on the street?

Thanks for all the helpful advice I've received from the RIU crew... to help me recognize and appreciate ripeness. It's definitely worth the wait

So it is normal for the leaves to start spotting like yours?? I'm a first time grower and it is for personal mine is in its 5th week of flowering and just started to show spots just like the ones in your pic so I was just wondering if it was normal cuz you have a beautifull crop

im pretty sure its because the plant is putting more and more energy into producing more buds(cause they're trying to catch male pollen) and near the end its do or die for the pollen catching buds
