One problems is, the guys coming back home from the military can't find jobs, so a lot become police officers. Unfortunately a lot of these guys are simply nut jobs.. I had a lot of buddies that join the military after 9/11 they were crazy back then and came back ten times worst. I had a ex-cop tell me one time, he said "You got two kinds of cops, ones that faught in the war, and ones that want to be like those who faught in the war". Fucking road pirates.
I work security with guys like that.
I have quite a few ex soldier friends. I would call them eccentric instead of nut jobs.

For a long time after I got out of the service I had weird habits, well weird to other people.

The military drives " attention to detail" almost to the point of brain washing.

If your a solder it can save your life. If your a mechanic or other support it could save someones life.

To this day I am still anal about how things are done.

Believe me I have nothing against military. I do however have something against militarism of police..

thought this shit only happened in the states, until i see it on the news a few weeks ago where they had a young man in cuffs at the station and smacked his face so hard into a window the glass broke and he thought he was paralyzed from the waist up, in my province ffs.

Happens everywhere, we just have more police.
