but how can it be legal to read every email and telephone communication? Is this just for external communications and the people that made the video are paranoid?

Yeah I'm sure it's nothing. They dont do any of that stuff like reading every email/text message and making a super file on a new interconnected network for every American Citizen behind our backs containing fingerprints, DNA, medical history, facial recognition, family history, criminal record, dental record, sat scores, monetary history, height weight hair color, and so on. No no, they are defiantly not doing any of that
