Local news was just showing the latest press sec sacrificial lamb (gotta be the toughest job in the country) explaining the article away. "The president will use every tool at his disposal".

I don't have to like it, but I can't argue with it. Come January he's going to become a bit neutered (not completely, don't have a heart attack nuthuggers). Might as well go out swinging.
