whats the cops procedure when checking legal grows? i would be moving in with a legal grower but my room of course is completely illegal. will the cops want to see the whole house including the room of me the unrelated roommate?
I don't think anyone is going to be able to answer this question.
1. Because I don't believe there is a procedure in place. I haven't heard of them checking legal grows.
2. Even if there was a procedure in place, every situation would be different.
If they were going to come and check things out, common sense would tell me that it wouldn't be very smart to have an illegal grow in a home where you know cops are going to be coming over. All they would have to say is "can we check the rest of the house" and you'd be screwed. If you say no, they would know you're up to something. If you say sure, then they'll see your illegal grow.
