So my question is, how do you get the plants to take root in dwc? do the bubbles supposedly mist air and water to your cutting / germed seed? or do you take your clone, root it then insert in a dwc bubbler?

any info and advice is much appreciated

I have had great sucess with my dwc. I take a cutting, cut at 45 degree angle with clean razor blade, while running under water (Only because I have heard that you can get an air bubble in the plant, not good). Dip in root hormone, put in pre-soaked rockwool and let bubbles do the rest. Your res. should be filled to just bottom of pots, it will splash and feed and root. Mine usually take 7-10 days.

Make sure you live where the power going out isn't a problem...or you have a UPS backup, or something. No power = dead plantalonies!!!
