They fine for hard rain coming?

I have quite a few plants in 1 gallon containers outdoors and the weather this upcoming few days is supposed to be heavy rain..Am I alright to leave them out there? Will the containers they're in get destroyed? They're made out of what feels like cardboard.. I just really don't want any of my girls to get damaged and I'm doing all I can to prevent it. They're about 1 month old now.

Thanks for all reply's, as always I appreciate it greatly.

I put 4 test plants (make sure no deer were gonna get in) out a few months ago. About 2 months in we had some torrential Down pours. Lasted all of 5 minutes. Broke all 4 in half. However, they all "fixed" themselves and are now almoat 4 feet tall. Like self-LSTing.

If they break, just leave em be. They will build up a scab where the break is and kind of pick itself back up
