Ive been keeping these for a few years every time I get the wife flowers. What if you put a bit of clonex in it? Or would it turn the stem to mush if it was soaking in it for too long?

Aloe is supposed to be the best organic clone agent. I tried raw honey once and only 1/5 rooted, side beside with Wilson's root stimulator that 5/5 rooted. Clones all from the same plant.
I did a test a few months ago with aloe juice against crappy tire rooting hormone powder ... pretty much even on rooting times, within 2 weeks with no failures on 10 clones (5 cinderella 99 and 5 california hash plant using each method)

A bit more involved using aloe as you should soak your cuttings and the pucks or whatever your rooting medium is with aloe juice water for a day before actually popping the cuttings into the pucks whereas with the rooting powder from crappy tire (6 or 7 bucks) is much quicker

Never tried honey, heard you can use cinnamon and even crushed asprin powder

I just did 3 trays of clones with that new rooting powder they all carry. It was the red lid white bottle pink powder stuff now it’s all black promixs pink powder. Turn your heat mat way up leave it on 24/7, table spoon of rooting powder in the water and 1ml/l of grow food, soak your pucks with that and if they dry up add the same water to them I see roots in as little as 4 days, 80% by 6days and almost 100% by day 8 always a few that don’t root for me.

I don't use a heat mat ... no need as I'm in no rush for my cuttings to grow feet and a heat pad tends to push one or more cuttings over the edge into wilting and death

I have a 100% cloning success rate doing things my way
