Trudy Model apologised to the First Nations today for an act committed by the gov 150 years ago. So it looks like it might be quite a wait before cannabis users get one.
I just find it absolutely appalling how they made a straight run at the cash. Forgetting the real reason Cannabis should be legal. Like maybe it's wrong to screw over and arrest people for this mostly harmless plant. And of course no talk about basically saying " we are sorry " to all those we wrongfully caused legal trouble to. " We were wrong to arrest people and no longer will that be the case "
But...NO...haven't heard those words or even much talk about those words.
Just went about setting up a cozy deal for the well connected. Buddies look after buddies after all. Ya well....wait until they see that work in reverse. We got buddies too. Plenty of buddies. You tend to have those after you've been hunted for 60 years about.
Too me an apology is absolutely necessary or they will always be my enemy.
And I don't see one coming either. Too busy counting.
