Welcome to the TEAH@US!!

Instead of making multiple threads of all my grows I decided to just make one thread and update it every now and then to let the community know what I've been up to. So what have I been up to?

Day 60 (Flower 27) Bagseed x JTR

Same PC box, same wattage, first cross, first photoperiod plant.

That's Amazing how you have that plant grow around those bulbs.
Thanks reku!! Getting more comfortable with training these plants. It's a lot of fun and I'm hoping to show off some crazy training in the unofficial party cup grow.

Damn, now that's a pc scrog!!

Great work mate!!
Happy you made this thread!

Cheers!!
Thanks CoolDude, I'm hoping to install my LED lights after this grow and follow in your footsteps.

About two weeks away from harvesting this monster. Should've mainlined her but ehh... I wanted her to get bushy and keep all her bud sites so after my staggered harvest there would still be a couple small sites left for me to cross her again and get some more seeds. The left colas (4 of them) are absolute MONSTERS. They reach the top of my PC case and are each about a foot (not bad considering my box is only 16").

Very curious to know what the bagseed was considering the cross. Pheno wise she's looking all JTR, smell wise... sort of a sweet skunk smell??? Don't know... it's weird.

Anyways... onto the pics! Sorry for the quality, in a bit of a rush today, got WAY too many things to do around the house and garden.

I subbed up. Looking forwards to harvest!

Thanks CoolDude!! I've decided to do my first harvest on the 10th which will be day 60 for the girl. The second will come shortly after at day 65. I'll definitely keep everybody posted.

Good Lord, that is some frosty buds you have there. Very impressed with your grow. Toke on there big dog!
Thanks man!! It's been a real joy to grow these plants and have such great luck as a newbie.

Aww, thanks for the kind words man!! I can't wait for harvest either, this plant is definitely the biggest I've grown so far. Prior to this girl the largest plant I grew was the Critical+ Auto strain I grew and yielded 30g. Hoping for a little bit more from this girl... but we'll see.

Excellent use of space, and helluva good LST job on that plant!
Thanks man!! Definitely appreciate it, you've done so well in your grows as well. It's great to see all of us doing so well in terms of our short time here on RIU!

I'll keep you updated this Saturday and take pictures. My process involves harvesting in 2-3 parts and then I pollinate the baby bud sites that are underneath the canopy with saved pollen from 'nanners' from female plants grown past their harvest date or actual male pollen from plants that I've grown. I pretty much collect and save the pollen sacs and 'nanners' in plastic bags and put them in the fridge until I am ready to pollinate. When ready to pollinate I pull them out and shake them in the bag to break them up to release the pollen, once the pollen is released I take a q-tip and swipe the pollen with it and then proceed to pollinate each bud site. After a few days I check the hairs to see if the site was actually pollinated (they should start to shrivel up and turn brown). After that I pretty much just let nature take its' course.

Thanks again everyone for all the awesome comments and stay high!!

So the rest of the plant is marching on and starting to form nanners (both from the bud sites I pollinated and the ones that were left alone) and 2/3 of what I have chopped is curing, with the other 1/3 still drying; cured buds so far weighed out to 24g. Not bad considering I split the plant up into thirds and left a third of the entire plant to give me seeds... why so many... I couldn't tell you lol. I think I was just scared that some were not going to give me seeds so I left a nice chunk of em for a 'just-in-case'.

Sample bud smoked SUPER smooth and had a very lemon/piney smell/taste to it. Out of the jar it smells like a skunks fart that had too much seafood. High is definitely intense and creeps up on you. Very meditative at first and then turns into a happy uppity high followed by a hard crash.

I'm excited to sample the different stages of the staggered harvest to see what I find... but in the mean time here are some bud pics for yall.

ENJOI!
