Didn't think we germ & sprout on 12/12.
Don't you sprout on veg cycle, then we all flip the same day?

My timer is software based too. 0-24 is how its read.
The first number in each row determines the minute and the second number determines the hour. On said time, a Linux file is run with the input of a GPIO pin number at the very end of the line. Like, pin 26 is on from 14 to 0 which is only 10 hours total. But ill have that updated today and well handled by the time heads poke soilView attachment 4090112 View attachment 4090113 View attachment 4090114
Damn brother that is a lot of kit for a cup grow!
I am dubbing you "RoboCup"

Why HotDiggilyDog! So he must be out in the open using main room lighting I take it?
Something I'm strongly considering.
Do you guys grow plants from seed in your main flower room?
Sexing a plant is one thing but a freak genetic hermie is another.
IDK guys. Think ill stick to building a cab as much as I'd love to put my cup under my 450 dead center w/ lenses @ 2'. Yeah right, there'd be no cup left.
Better get to work. Looks like there's plenty of serious compitition here.
Some of you guys are using your PuppyCup in the LitterBox comp too, or have separate cups going for that seeing how there's NO rules or regulations there?
Man I just harvested a fat crop under this light, I want to goof around and use my main light on dim. The controller is a pi like dawg noted. I use a program that is called crontab. Its just a schedule of events software and the actual light control comes from the schedule triggering a Linux file to open. The file states to look for a number following the command for the file name. So I add the number of the GPIO pin I want to use. I routed the GPIO to the relays using the rainbow wire, but I must first invert the polarity of the GPIO by using some NPN transistors that cause the relay to get negative five volts from ground. The relays are active low to only if they get negative five volts will they activate. That controls the on/off function of eight relays for eight gpio. Then I got 6 color drivers and two white spectrum drivers to control the location of the light. It looks like it is going right to left wwhile changing spectrum too. If you look at the labels in the top of the text file window you'll see each spectrum I can control.

Im slowly upgrading the UV chips I use to 5w cree from chinese 3w. I wanted an even distrubtion of low powered UV from 365-420 and the cree models are 9$ a cchip. Since it was initially conceptual I didn't want to fork out all that on 30 chips just yet. Most of the other colored chips are cree series something or others and then TCI strips for 3000k and 4000k. Ill pull it down in a sec and show it off.

That's a mighty long list considering there's only what, 12-13 that posted their germination on time in this thread? The rest are DQ'd and can watch though, better luck next round ;)
