a rusty nail works best :)

I seen this discussed a few times on RIU...I would say most people consider it a myth but yet I have not seen a side by side experiment to validate or discredit this practice.

This is not a fruit. And I think it is the usual raw stretch to hide this claim under an unreasonable hormone discussion. Hormones work in pairs, so to get the effect, you have boost one and inhibit the other. Else, the plant will produce the other part of the pair for balance. It is just a wives tale that is not even attempted to be associated with that hormone.

And there is even another angle often discussed that is related to the wives tale about stress makes the high more potent. In Africa they stick thorns all over the plant.

Africa is the home of superstition.

Mrs malicifice is a Dr, anyways she told me some fucked up stories about some of the "medical practices" over there. Like stapling the instructions to a condom to the condom itself. Blowing cigar smoke up someone's ass for constipation. The worst was having intercourse with a baby to get rid of the aids.

I didn't believe it for a second not sure why they would even post that in there article I know they don't exactly say it is related but I still don't think they should be spreading this info along with scientific data they have on hormones

I had to re-read number four just to make sure he presented that stab your plant craziness under valid information with no paragraph break or even a "Hey, that was real information but this is not related to it, nor backed up by science.". Odd formatting choice.
