Jesus... have you EVER done the math on the nicotine content that is printed right on the box of shisha?? 50g at 0.5% nicotine is 250 mg of nicotine... thats a fuckton. Even if it was 0.05% it would still be 25mg. Lets say you get 5 bowls out of a 50g package... that would be 50mg of nicotine at 0.5% and 5mg at 0.05%. Most packages say 0.5% nicotine btw

I was talking about how much nicotine you get from smoking hookah, and so are the medical studies that I posted. You can deny it all you want but smoking hookah delivers just as much if not more nicotine than cigarettes, as stated in those studies and others. You can do your own research at this point... not like you'd believe any of it.

smoke and dip at the same time? i'd pass out from the nicotine rush lol

smokes dont give me anykind of nicotine high at all anymore and dip doesnt unless i put like a horseshoe in. its a challenge though doing both at the same time, smoking can make my mouth water and when i do a drag, i want to swallpw, and at the sane time you need to spit from the dip. you get a rotation going spit once or twice and take a drag, wait,spit, dra repeat
