The Main-Lining Thread

You can go even more radical and use an X-Aacto knife to shave the nubs flat to the stem. Make sure you sterilize the blade with H2O2 or a flame before you use it.

The fist few pages of this thread show how Nugbuckets does this.

Mainlining really works best with large cola plants like sativa dominant strains.

Day 31 Flower, they average about 26" . Am I heading in the right direction half way through? Just wondering if its filling out how it should be, this is only my second try with the mainlining method and the first wasn't as successful as hoped. Had 3 hermies from 3 seeds from a specific company that i will not mention.
@aiblueskyroots what strain? Orange scent? Is it a indica dom or 50/50? Looks good.

@aiblueskyroots I guess I gotta lay off the weed :weed: Who did the tangerine dream come from?
Here is one of my Afgooey plants chopped, 5 of the 8 tops off one plant. Anyone who questions the time and the results of mainlining should give it a go.View attachment 4001936
After mainlining last 2 runs mixed with some "schwazzing" i still hate the term . I can guarantee your bud production increases drastically if done properly. Like i said, im on the wagon with this method, and i probably will not go back.

The best part about this method is how simple and stress free pruning and canopy managment is. Specifically during the stretch. I think This will eventually become the new standard in grow methods.
