The Main-Lining Thread

I left that much foliage on mine, maybe even a little more. I just made sure they where nice and separated with good air flow to the center and they should do just fine. I'm curious as to which strain that is?
Critical Kush! (sorry for the late reply)

So far so good.

Will post a pic when done.

Day 35 of 12/12, 35 +/- days remaining.

Things are just moving right along, knock on wood but they are just doing great. So far it is such an easy strain to grow, and it's beginning to look fantastic. Buds are a little airy, but that is expected for a bit longer then they are said to fatten up considerably. Stretched more than I expected, but still ok for the cabinet.
Here are a few pics.
First three are BW5

Overall plant height from soil line is 30" with two cola at 31" and thats with them bent outward.

BW1

28" with two at 29"

Here are some clones, four of #1 & Three of #5, they were taken when I top the Mainlined plants for the 8 cola
I put them in the bigger container (13.5 gallon) that was set up Hempy with 70/10/10/10 coco/perlite/damn I can't remember the name of the other material/worm castings.
The material I can't remember was given to me by my hydro shop guy, full bag, said it's to use instead of perlite, I will look it up tomorrow. I mixed it half and half with course perlite.

It was cool to do and looks bitching, but once I watered it and tried to lift it, I said to myself, this shit ain't gonna work.
So today I sat about doing what I know how to do and set this up. My good ol' 2 gallon Lowe's buckets. I did set them up with the 70/20/10 mix, was able to salvage 95% from the big container. These will veg and get healthy till next week when I am going 12/12, that will give them about a five week start when the others come out of the cabinet. I will be flowering them under my SS400 during that period then move them into the HPS cabinet.

The two plants to the right of the Hempy's are the mother plants of 1 & 5, grown in standard 4 inch pots, straight coco. Going to transplant next week into two gallon smart pots, coco.
CYA later,

Ok so I'm on first attempt at maintaining I have two strains 2 months today into 12/12 and they're Maui Waui and Ak-49. I topped them to 8 but the maui only has 7 I broke one cola off on accident and could get it to heal. But before I flipped to 12/12 I trimmed everything but the tops like nugbuckets did in his tritorial on growweedeasy.com. The stretch seemed so short and might of been longer if I left the growth below the tops. Maybe it's just the strains and they don't stretch enough. I have a critica mass strain I've mainlined and it about to be put into 12/12 but I'm just gonna leave all the growth on it and see how she does. I'll take some pics of my pants once im off work.

Nuggz said to remove all growth below after the last topping. Then he let's them veg for another 2 weeks or so before flipping them to flower. The lower growth and fans contain flowering hormones and are supposed to be left on until at least 2 weeks into flowering when he then gives them another manicure and cleans up the lower growth. They look good and healthy. Great grow.

Yeah I just now read that haha. I'll do that with my Critical Mass strain that I've mainlined to 8 tops. I'll be putting it into my flower tent tomorrow. Thanks man? :bigjoint:bongsmilie

Is that Green Crack from Cali Connetion?

Mine was and it was extremely potent, and tasty too.

One of those I lost without thinking, to regret later.

I picked up some GC clones for a member on my way up to the BBQ in December. She has been MIA so I don't know how they turned out.

I think it has the best smell in all of the canna kingdom!

Need some advice, take a look at these and ID the problem please.
four of the 7 clones I just put under 12/12 last week are show some funky leaves, new growth. Both #1 and #5 receive the same nutes at the same time, both under the same LED light, they are both from the same strain but two different seeds. #1 is the one that is effected.

Here are some pics, what do you think?

LIght, Potassium, bugs (have inspected a number of times and can't find any) besides the other three clones are not effected, over/under watering (coco hempy), I can't find anything with a picture that is close to this.

Hey man. Looks like a mutation. Could stem from a boron or MolyB deficiency. I have read that they produce mutations in young plants as well as clones. My two cents, hope you get it worked out.

I had something similar happen when I added too much Mycos. I pulled the plants and repotted in clean ProMix. They all recovered and thrived.
