no, just need to know that its all working, still a shit load to be done before i can turn lights on out there, well i have some cfls going now but there easy to move and re-hang where the hps is a pain in the arse, also haven`t put the parabolic together, no roll of reflective ....
only have the place framed, and exhaust knocked out... few seedlings going... need pull my finger out...

2 parts potting compost to 1 part sived top soil, if filling directly into final pots, otherwise potting compost from start...
wouldn`t believe the hype its fine from start...not to hot or any of that ould tripe, just pot them up as and when needed in fresh compost, ou have good genetics coming so they`ll thrive, ould bag seeds might find it strong if there imature etc so pop them babys and rock on...

no joy with the hps.., took the whole thing apart here, hadn`t a hope of lighting the bulb...
what i tought was a fused e40 turned out to be totally burned out neutral, with the live in the holder burned away from its connection
so there was no connection for power...
followed the burn back to ballast, took cover off ballast and its not bad, going to re-wire the hood side and see if it fires up.. but thats for tomorrow cant be arsed now have enough for today..
would sit and chill but out of weed till fridays wages hit the bank and fucked if i`m getting tic...

think its related to the day i was setting up and marking out, when the chop saw blew up, i had already plugged lights in and fired up fans to check the were working, and everything was until bang, changed mcb and got power back had alread put the lights awa at that stage, should be an easy fix get a meter tomorrow and check power is where it should be and work back, have new bulbs and e40 so has to be sorted then...
tought of an electric fire is scary, touch wood never had that problem until now, firm believer in saftey when it comes to leccy.. and i battled condensation for a full grow with a 600w and then with 2 600w`s was like rain in there hahahaha had to make covers for the back of reflectors to make sure any drips ran off well away from lights ..

I've been to around 5 grow shops in Dublin and my favorites are Grow Shop Dublin (huge selection) & www.bloomandgrow.ie (much cheaper) , hope this helps.

42odd colas, nice, what was the recovery time on the topping? strain dependant i know just curious...
would you say the led was a better setup? well better for flowering anyways.. and beat the pants b how much? third more bud/twice as much?
also were the buds different, proper nugs or more resin etc? on the cob or hps side
