Boldt provides excellent customer service and stands behind their products. I always consider that as a factor when buying products.

I love my all mesh 73 Frenchy Boldtbag. My washing machine on the other hand did require a bit of tuning when I got it. It is holding up well through, over 20 cycles so far.

Cheers,
Mo

Bonjour
Today I smoked some red lebanon...it is almost red...I don't have the words to explain...it is red brown...and I smoked yellow one too...it is yellow brown...lol
Is it due to the making process?
Or is it due to a certain strain?
Because lebanon should be black no? (Or it is because it is finger hash? And the others aren't!??)...
I never asked but what is the best ratio milky/amber to make ash? (Generally I start flush at 20% amber...at 10% for sat dom...but since I watering only with water I flush all along the grow...lol!
Have a great day ★
Pardon my age, but around 1982 we had Blonde Lebanese and Red Lebanese in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1983 the only black hash was from Afghanistan. The blonde was very pale and the red was obviously very reddish-colored. Those are the only places we saw hash come from then.

You should have little in your 25 microns bags if the plants were harvested at the peak of their cycle, the resin heads are ripe, full of resin and big.
You want a lot in your 160 bags
I like to drain the water through the 25 bags sometime to check the levels of contaminates in the trim like fuzz sand etc.
it lets me gauge how clean and how much care the grower took in growing trimming and preparing the trims.

I do use the 25 as well when I work with high CBD to have a 25 to 160 spectrum and when collecting for edibles I pass all my water through the 25 that I keep separate

finally beat up my off-brand amazon set of bags bad enough with the last harvest
i think it is time to buy a frenchy full mesh set :) & the washer

the screens i had aren't sieving well anymore & they are draining poorly
even though getting rinsed thoroughly with cold tap every use & after getting swished in 91% alcohol

but i have had them for quite some time and they weren't quality bags that's for sure, but i learned a lot about making bubble with them so i think they served their purpose haha

have a great day everyone!

The Red Lebanese color is due to the fact that the plant are dried standing and then collected, the soil of the Bekka valley is also red which may be also a reason. The Blond Lebanese is harvested earlier so that the color of the resin is still on the light side. If you press really well a Blonde Lebanese the outside will become darker while the inside will retain the Blond. The Lebanese press their Hashish but it is what I call an export press not the type of pressing done for smoking.

Boldtbags 5 gallons full mesh bags can be used with a 20 gallons washing machine.
DO NOT reuse the water if you do not filter all the vegetal matters tat is inside. You cannot use "dirty" water to collect clean resin.
Do not think of saving money when you make Hash especially saving money on your tools.
So if I read this correctly, I can run my material in a 20 gallon machine and as long as I have proper room for drainage the 5 gallon all mesh bags (with the frenchy bucket tech setup) will work to properly drain and sieve? And btw... first time creating an account here, but I have been following this thread for a long time. Thank you for all the knowledge you have shared with the masses. I personally have learned a tremendous amount from this thread and your posts.

You need to support the buckets and bags properly so that the weight of the water does not stretch the material when the flow is slow due to the resin. Shake your bucket lightly up and down to accelerate the flow. You are welcome, knowledge is made to share, it was given to me and I give it to you guys. that's life.

Do you mean via suspension kits or just physically supporting the setup with your body? What do you think is the best way to properly support them?
