Temple Ball style it is. If there is no crack on the surface then inside will be super creamy when you open.
Use a container wit as little oxygen as possible, close to the size of the ball.
Is there a time line I should aim for? Is a year long enough?

Broke up some small bits over a 120 screen for some ethanol oil. First time dry sift, not bad. :leaf:

Used the same card to scrape the bowl that I used to remove bits off screen. :wall:Causing a little contaminant.

Hey everybody, hope you are all having a great day!

To add to the CO drying conversation a few pages back... while the humidity here is very low, my personal experience is at least a few days is needed if I do not want a waxy texture to form after pressing. I do agree with Frenchy that it doesn't really seem possible to over-dry it....unless a waxy texture after pressing is desired. Many times with my Kush, I would dry for several days thinking it was totally dry...and then after pressing it it would go waxy on me...meaning it wasn't as dry as I thought it was.
My 2 cents on the subject :)

Frenchy I am planning to make a Kush cannoli in the coming week, to age until the Cup in April. I forgot to let you taste the Timewreck hash last year!

You are the one with those Timewreck Cannoli, and yes you absolutely forgot to have me taste it. I will not hold a grudge over it IF (and only IF) you bring a Kush Cannoli as OUH LA LA as the Timewreck in April.
Great job my friend, I am still talking about it and using it as an example for the "You can do it" talk.

Hey Frenchy,

How are you? Do you have any pictures of your recent cannolis? I would love to see them with the inside exposed in a cross section cut! I love the contrast between the outer dark layer and the creamy interior :)

You are a master craftsman.

Cheers,
Mo

Hey Mo,
Not really but I have something special for you nonetheless.

I am not big in taking photos and TC is up North most of the time which does not help.
I am waiting for some close up of the Cuvee from Sub garden, the Dank Duchess took the pics and a chunk for her smoke report

Aficionado Emerald Cup entries:

Oil Speel made from a live plant, the Hash pressed was like shatter at room temperature so I used a hammer et voila.
I am trying to present pressed resin in a way that will appeal to the judge who dislike pressed resin.

Dr Strangelove from 2013 harvest, perfectly cured, oozing resin, very dark color when not rolled flat. Aficionado enter this one in the CBD
This Hashish has been tested at Sparc 39% THC and 19% CBD, I can't believe it, Mean Gene girls soon to be released in seeds form.
