Anyone else know what's going on with The Dank Team??

Their website appears to be down...

I placed an order with them 2 days ago...got a confirmation and have yet to receive any other reply from them regarding my order status...I've e-mailed them twice..

anyone on the forum have direct contact with them??

dont worry... they do this couple times a yr... kinda like inventory check...

Greetings farmers, I too was about to ask the same question. I hope everything is ok. Because I wanted to place an order for some In House genetics gear.

If you go to dankteam.com (no the) it says they making site better and payment faster.

I can dig it, improving their process is one of the best things they can do. They already have the price set pretty nice and the freebies are almost always killer so if they get the shipping down and maybe some response times on those emails they might just be back on top as number 1 seedbank in the west.

I could be wrong but I believe it shows true commitment to shut down a straight up money maker to get shit right instead of just plowing through making the cash and mistakes side by side. Most companies say fuckit lets just make shit up as we go along, but that ends up getting into shitty situations.

I hope they are around for a very long time!

Also, on ig it seems like in house is throwing a lot of new strains. So yeah probably improving aesthetically speaking and inventory

Well all that is great...but at least a single reply to an e-mail would be nice....especially since they have my money..my card has been hit for the charges....and all I get is an e-mail saying thanks we got your order and your money.....no tracking, no estimated ship date, no reply to, to date, 3 e-mails requesting minimal info...

Don't expect a reply. I've tried getting a hold of him too because I was over charged for a purchase and he just blows it off. He's lost my business. Too many other state side banks out there to be dealing with a dick like this. Besides, these promo codes are a joke and just gives him a reason to play gotcha with people. If you're going to run a promo, run a damn promo instead of splitting hairs over wether a promo code was typed in correctly or some shit.

Try Great Lakes Genetics next time. Good people, good prices, prompt delivery, and they actually respond to inquiries. James Bean Co sounds like a good spot too. I'll be trying them out soon...

My only experience with TDT (just recently) was very good.

From what i've learned, it's kind of a one man operation, so show patience.

it took me about 7-8 days to get my order.

They will send an email and it will say "click here to check status of your order"...when you click there, it will show you whether it's processing or whether it's sent out & there will be a tracking code as well.

I was a little worried at first because I hadn't heard from them for a few days, but everything ended up going smoothly, just have patience.

Definitely better than any of the overseas banks that i've used in the past, however they are the only US Based company i've used.....

Midweeksong was an impressive overseas experience, however, i preferred my experience with TDT & like that they have some hard to find genetics also.

Ok little update...I received a reply from him...explaining the situation...and I'm satisfied with his reply..
