Awesome thread... I always wondered bout this strain I would want to add it when I get beans but backed out.. Now after this thread I wish I'd gottin it... Nxt time... Thnks mayn!
Be cautious before you order and do some more research, I wish I had.. There have been germination problems w/ The Church in the past that Greenhouse responded to w/ a recall.
Over the last 2 months I got two 5 packs of The Church and had horrible germination rates 30% to be exact. The ones that did germinate only 2 sprouted and they were pathetic. During the same time I went 90% germ and sprout rates w/ stuff from DNA Genetics, Barneys Farm and some of my own seed stock. The problem IS NOT on my end. I have been growing for over 2 decades.
On another forum there is a thread going w/ more than a few people having horrible germ. rate w/ The Church. Its not all the seeds, some are having no problems others are having no luck at all.
Im not bagging on GHSC, just want you to be aware you MIGHT have bad germination rates w/ The Church. Whatever you decide to grow out good luck to you.
