That factory i linked (Houyi) will do whatever colour(s) you want....and yes they are the actual factory....i've communicated with them on previous occasions...customise the lens angle aswell...

Think they can even do a mix of warm white and cool/neutral white on each SMD chip in series....

Something to consider...

You da man!

I took a peak and found similar light I paid $77 /75w. Theirs is 100w for $105, so same price per watt; other than that, seems the same

I like your reflectors. I need to get something on the cheap for the CXAs.
They are ok i guess....nice and 'floody' (wide angle) the good part with them is that they will fit a CXA...(27mm gap i think)

So a simple drag 'n' drop.... :)

I'm not knocking your experiment in the least, but from everything I've read, I'm not sure why anyone wants 730nm during the full light's on period.
When 730 is added to 660 it more than doubles (synergizes) chlorophyl b output.

Bravo chronicool for using emerson effect!!

We installed the 2 x 4 panel and it is amazing for office lighting. The diffuser is attached, removing it requires a bit of work, and not our priority at this time

Light covers a very wide area 4- 5ft below the fixture

Should be great for vegging. More than that I can't say only comes in 4000-5000K

90+ lpw- SMD- CRI > 85~ 76w/panel ~ $250

Sooooo Gooooddddd.....

Toss the FR leds in the next run ...
( Just give it a try ,without them... ;-) )

Great-great-great ideas found here !

Edit : Guod is perfectly right about the 730 nm ...
Stretching and speeding up the flowering /maturing ...
No more -no less .That's what they offer really...

Yeah...well thats an easy switch/re-solder...

Thanks yo'sive...think im going to get a 2700k CXA 3050 to put on the ass end of flowering (weeks 8-10)

And also a 3000k CXA 3070 in the middle of the cabinet...just cos... :)

Anywayz... a update....DAY 41 'Purple Haze'....3 more weeks (ish)

IMG_7360.jpgIMG_7365.jpg
Nice pinkish/peachy hues of the light

IMG_7361.jpg
Still alot of flower growth to go....long white pistils

IMG_7363.jpg
Directly under the UV led....Had 1 of them blow out (took out my whole string) Make sure you take the protective cover off your LED's kids!! I am filthy with myself...!

IMG_7362.jpgIMG_7366.jpg

So i will be changing from a 2 litre pot to a 4.5 litre pot....will take up more ground space but not vertical, which is important for my space. I also think that there is too much of a early fade happening, so this will help with extra roots/ nutrients...

Chronik, I see a Cube/s in your future

I didn't get it until clones were > 3ft tall

LST and pinch to get 4 branches then train them (I use twist ties) along the cube

Holy crap amazing to see only ~ 9 weeks ago the clones were so skinny

Here they are as of yesterday. Today is 62 days from 12/12
