I just thought I'd put this out here because I found it amusing...
I was at the thrift store the other day and bought "the beansprout book. everything about sprouting beans, seeds and grains." I'm always looking to improve my diet, especially on the cheap. The fun part of this story is that the very first method for sprouting beans in this book is "the paper towel method" soak beans 8 hrs, skim off floaters, drain... cover with paper towels... cool dark place... sound familiar?
