Midget-Zilla is still getting close... All cloudy Trichomes, a few amber, but throwing white pistils this week. I'm going to let it go another week as I am not the last. I figure with all the love and attention this girl has received, no sense chopping early. Still feeding at about 400 PPM with Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom and 1 Tsp of Cal-Mag per gallon. I may also start dimming the LED panels this week to see if that helps her finish.

The hydro plants are monsters and look great. Well done all!

I doubt I'm the last so just gonna let my girl ride for another week or so. She's having a bit of a struggle finishing with no leaves or roots :lol:

Figured out my issue: Alienhouse led is packing too much punch to be that close to the canopy. Gonna run it on another batch of plants with more head room once this whore finishes up

Wow, again I come to this thread telling of woe.... A few nights ago my neighbor left a trickle charger running in the garage, the hood of his car fell and knock the positive terminal off... It arc'd and blew right through a bottle of starting fluid. Don't really want to get into it much, but my apartment wasn't a total loss... I lost tons of gear, and a bunch of plants, most of my flowering crop is smoke damaged, it smells like burnt plastic... I'm devastated, I lost a couple heirloom strains and one I've been working on for a few years... My family is jumping ship, we're moving out of Alaska. This was the catalyst that sealed the deal, it happened faster than I wanted, but its long awaited...
I'll finish this contest out and hang out for a bit, but I have to take a hiatus from growing, and probably from RIU. 2016 has not been my year, I hope life finds me better in Seattle....

Hopefully your fortunes take a change for the better. Sometimes it seems that we fall in to a pit of despair and it seems like every turn just holds another let down or disaster. A change of scenery might be what your needing. Lord knows I would leave this hell hole that I live in if it wasn't for my kids/family. Sorry for your loss.

Weedzilla's life came to an abrupt end tonight ladies and gentlemen. I didn't realize how stinky she was until I cut her and got her stirred up. She still didn't have many Amber trichs on her so she should be some nice trippie head pounding smoke. Congratulations on those that finished the contest.image.jpeg image.jpegimage.jpeg

Remember when the voting thread is put up and you cast your vote for me ;) (or any of the other great contestants) to not only vote on "claimed" weight but also on overall sportsmanship, being on time, showmanship, photography, etc.
This has been another fun comp and I look forward to rubbing elbo's in the next!

My girl is like a large bucket of movie theater popcorn but I know I've still got more smokeable herb than @hyroot :P so here she is:

I'm hoping were voting on dank/health more than weight or I'm out lol. If we're going by healthiest plants to finish I've got a good shot :). Beasty big plants from you dwc guys this round. I'll be watching you in the next one(if my space doesn't permit an entry) when you guys are a bit better prepared for the late flowering phase with the mini dwc setups. Nice work [emoji1303]
