The 25 mile STRAIGHT LINE Rule....

I thought this should be brought to light:
The 25 mile rule will use the path of the crow, "as the crow flies"

Meaning that if an individual were to draw a STRAIGHT line from the nearest dispensary to their hopeful cultivation location, the distance must be under 25 mile. Regardless of geographical obstacles and even if the trip to the nearest dispensary is 45 miles away by road.... How is that fair to any patient under these circumstances? It's not.... Another flaw in the Az MMJ program's ability to help people. The system here is very backwards and if the state hated home cultivation soo much, as Gerald has stated, dispensaries should have opened the first time around instead of being put on a yr plus hold. This only forced patients who wanted to be in clear compliance of the laws to resort to home growing and now they will be punished for doing so.

This type of convoluted thinking makes me want to not give the state any money through a card renewal, ESP if I'm subjected to $500 ounces through the dispensaries. Many people lasted a long time medicating, with no legal issues, before the program. Does this program really offer an benefits to it patients?
