THC Content

Is there a tester kit available for testing the percentage of THC in a plant, leaves, buds etc?

If there is, this is one piece of machinery that i would definitely like to buy.

Cannalyse is a product demonstrated at the Highlife Hemp Fair 2006.

Cannalyse is a cannabis fingerprint and thc test kit. It accurately measures not only thc but thcv, cbg, cbc, cbd and cbn. They come in 12 and 50 test kit packs.

Haven't tried this site myself yet but you can get them from: Kulu Trading Wholesale

Remember though tests may not be entirely accurate due to curvature of the plants dna or something.

This would be fairly cool. especially for the commercial grower. advertising the strenght.

the kit is very nice, i have it , i dont really know if its good since i tested some weed from a coffeshop and it didnt show good results (the weed was reported as 18% and the test showed about 10%)

also i grow pp which shoud be around 15-20% here the test shows 18%.

so maybe the coffeshop isnt so good or the test was bad .... doonoo just wanted to share my thoughts.

p.s. iam a commercial grower , and no one has ever asked the THC level.

I just give them to smoke and they buy

have you tried testing the same bud numerous times to see if it tests the same every time? this would tell of the test was consistent.

im thinking of ordering one of these..and was wondering if anyone has got and used one of these test?

high THC content is great, but there are lot of other cannibinoids that contribute to the buzz. I've heard of people smoking bud that was 18 19 % and t seemed stronger than hash that was over 40%.

This is awesome! I thought sending samples off to labs was the only way to see whatz in yer weed, but this is great news... I'm sure I wont see em on any shelves in MS anytime soon, but Im sure u can get em online, which for me sucks, because I dont order ANYTHING online... Mabye one day when the laws r different, I will be able to get my good Indonesian Bat Guano, and seeds, and things like this without fear of an investigation, and all that... Good post man...

high times online just did a article on a new company that has come out with a small portable testing device.

got the link I looked for it couldn't find it.

The portable and field devices have shown margins of error as high as 5% which is essentially useless. Gas chromatography is the only accurate method of testing.
