That breeders say 75% amber trichomes at harvest, is that ok?

Hello everyone! Im near harvest my CBD plants and I asked CBD Crew and Royal Queen Seeds when they plants are ready. They both answered me that I should chop when 75% trichomes are amber. Ok - i want anxiolytic effects, but i dont want to sleep 10 minutes after a toke. Everywhere I can read that CBN isnt deserved, because its making sick, sleepy feeling rather than true high. So there is a question - I want to get anxiolytic, happy high without so much sleepy couchlock, when should I harvest my plants CBD mostly indica hybrids?

yiu should not harvest at 75%

many will argue that theres no need to even look at trichs and you harvest when the plant looks finished.
either way, the amber color is broken down cannabinoids and terps. filled with degraded byproducts. this is not desirable medically or recreationally. though it may improve yiur cbd ratio...lol

So why they are giving to people such strange advices? I dont get it. I asked again to be sure and i got answer:

"Normally, we advice to harvest after 75% is amber! This will be the right time to harvest!"

Maybe i will try to leave one plant longer, but i dont want to lose good quantity of buds

the only thing i can think of, as i eluded too...cbd is much more stable in light than thc. if your wanting a high cbd strain, blasting away all the thc and speeding the production of sedative cbn will make it seem like you got a killer cbd rich bud...

Ok thanks for your reponse. Did you smoke maybe bud with so many amber trichomes? Doesnt it make smoker sleepy?

If it's a plant that is for cbd I could see it going that long, Most of them that are for that dont have high thc anyways, Its not a desired trait and the breeders dont care if they loose it looking for more cbd. IMO cbd does not make me tired, it just relaxes the hell out of me but your experience may vary. let one go for till its 75 % and see what happens
