Thank you SAVIOUR for the POTATO RICER!!!

I could probably go back in some threads and easily find out that lovely devil who suggested the "potato ricer" as a means to squeeze more butter out of the sludge.

BUT THIS WAY IS MORE FUN!

So thank you, whoever you are! I probably got 20 - 25% MORE butter out of it.

I also used BOILING water to pretty much wash all my cooking utensils after so that helped as well.

I bought the potato ricer at a fancy cooking store for $40.00.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Bought one at a second hand store for like $3.00.
Never got to try it yet.

Yeah, I usually make mention of the ricer in random budder threads. Just keepin it out there, as most people have never heard of it. Glad it's working out for you.
