hmm I didnt know you could do that. Ive been reading up on cloning at harvest too. I havent used the the 600 yet. Ive got an idea on why i got all females last time.......my temps were a steady 75 degrees and my humidity was around 30% or less. Im thinking I will flip them with the 400 then once i confirm I have females I will run the 600. Maybe it wont make a difference.

cuts will keep just like produce, the bag thing(c02) just helps keep them fresher. i`ll dig around and get you some links. that's one thing i`ve not done taken clones at harvest. i`ll take them just before flower and use the bag thing mark the bags of which cut is in it. once they show sex i toss the males unless i want to keep a males to make seeds. if i have room i`ll start the clone process, if not i`ll wait till i do. the female thing i`ve not seen as to where environmental has much if anything to do with it, that's not to say that it doesn`t. myself i usually have a 75-80% female out of the 10-15 i start, never less than 50%. my temps run from 73-4 to 79-80* depending on the time of year and the size of the bulb i run. the humidity i don`t ck to much because of where i live, in the summer around here you can suck the water out of the air with a straw.

here are a few links to get you started. the 1st one is from ask ed in 2003, he doesn`t mention the method i`m talking about but he was just put them in a crisper drawer and add a solution of some sort to keep them fresh, which is what some flower shop use to keep their stock fresh. the 2nd is just a taste of the how and why by subcool(the maker of pennywise). http://www.cannabisculture.com/articles/3045.html http://www.weedwatch.com/forums/cloning-breeding/638-keeping-clones-stasis-print.html now there are some here but mostly for cloning in the fridge, i seen some of this done by botany class on edu sites but i just as well use a more conventional method for cloning. i would recommend to anyone this way of keeping cuts fresh.

Been movin right along since the site went down. this is 3 weeks from potting up and getting under the HID light. Moving lots faster than the first grow. Flipped these yesterday. Going to leave them under the 400w HPS until I can sex them then switch to the 600w HPS. Temps are still around 73 degrees.

i did get the solo, they were out of those adapters. its a little hard on the pulls but man it makes some clouds. i like it.

yeah those things work. They also sell o'rings to make the stems fit tighter. I just found the right sized orings at work and used those. If you get an adapter from them get the "turbo" option. Instead of having holes in the glass its wide open and fitted with a screen. Pulls alot easier.

what did you need the o ring for? mine is tight as dick`s hatband.

i`m going to stick my neck out but i bet you hit at least 90% or better when you go to root those cuts. care to bet.lol

i know your not big on the diy stuff so, for your needs look at some of the smaller ones. when i went to smaller plant counts i got 2 of the daisy cloners, they hold 8 plants each, and with a small foot print, and most times can be cheap. i had to do some mods to make them work right for me, the tops didn`t fit as well as it should, but with a little heat from a blow dryer and they sealed up nicely. the rapid rooters work well too. just from watching the way you do things, you have already made up your mind what your going to get. so far you have made all the right choices.lol

that should go real well with your new cabinet. you know me mr obvious, i think it should be a few inches deeper, just to give ur plants some room and you`ll be able to have more water. that air bar will barely be the water and have room for plants. looks nice though.

get a pic up and we can clear up the guess work. if your not familiar with it from the last grow its probably a male.
