Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas. Oklahoma is the worst, I've heard absolute horror stories. The laws on the books mean little, it's the social climate of the state and the judge. These states can do whatever they want to you.

Well, I can answer this question... I got caught with exactly 5 plants. 4 of them were fkin huge. You don't get charged with cultivation in TX; they just chop the plants down, weigh em', and then charge you with possession of a ridiculous amount of unusable pot. They had only been in flowering for maybe 2 weeks and I got charged with almost 800 grams. I'm waiting to go back to court because I turned down the first offer of a 2yr prison sentence probated for 4 years. I can't not smoke pot for 4 fkin years.
