Nice looking nugs man and congrats on tying the knot! I'm currently trying to break the chain lol:wall:
You'll have to tell me about this freezer cure when you have time.
Thanks, I've been with her for awhile, has better health insurance and she makes more $$ than me......win win for now:)

ED talks about it in one of his early books I think? I came across the sublimation technique from the icmag thread years back

https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=186222 It gives me the perfect/lazy cure starting at day 14, only gets better from that point.

Hahaha...why didnt you leave it in the freezer...?! @PSUAGRO.

Nice work though yo!
I thought my freezer section was completely sealed from the fridge, guess not..........first time this has happened to me, this fuely strain just creeps out of everything, fucking reeks.

Take back the all-around high potency claim, It must be just 1(3) of the ladies.......vaped some again last night and it wasn't as strong

Nice to see you around again Chroni

This Is What Happens When Some Men Get A Little Stinky On Da Pinky :hump:

Of course, that's why you do a fly by first!...............haha

Trim back time at work, going over miles of worker's cuts is a mind numbing process, upbeat music helps!

I don't usually listen to House, when I do it's mostly claptone

pioneer board and void speakers, yes please...................God damn German, lay off the knobs for a sec!lol ..........always hated that mask he wears, shit is creepy

Hey Psu

I read on another thread, think it was the meatchip thread, that 4000k + 660 and 730nm was your favorite spectrum to work with (i might be wrong) Read the whole thread and your plants look awesome!
Id like to ask you for a resume why you like this spectrum, what where your ratios and how you used them during the grow. Do you like it better for vegg, flower or all around?
Reason i ask is that i could get a decent priced setup with samsung lm301 + osram 660 all from the same supplier, and without having to pay customs.
Also, since this thread is a bit dead, and the info spread out over 20 odd pages it would be really help full to have the silver bullets :)

Hope all is well your way.

4000k/660nm on this proto was before cree used it in the horti reference design , SDS and I talked about it yrs back as a good balance of efficiency & a promising spd for flowering annuals. None of our "testing" is meaningful without strict protocols=clones, environmental controls,etc......won't happen until schedule 1 drop, hopefully some real light "recipes"/cannabis research in iso labs will follow.

I care about end results, will 4000k/660 veg well? yes, mj is adaptive

You have to remember that a few of us where spec hunters and enjoyed switching shit up constantly! but sometimes it's better to keep things simple. I'm deep red biased when it comes to flower as always, maybe not the best person to ask?lol

The best advice I can give you is try it yourself, get a couple of 4000k/660nm sample boards and compare it to straight 3000k/3500k.

good luck grower

Thanks for sharing. Its not all on one board, led-tech.de does some lm301 boards (but as of yet only 4k and 5k) and also stocks strips w 10 osram 660nm each, for up to 25 w, all for a decent price. What was the ratios on your build?
Im looking at around 250 w of 4k and 4 strips, at 20 w each of 660nm. How does that sound to you. Thx for your time

I don't have the fixture anymore(guessing 15w of 660 with 300w of 4000k cxb) but top group/ bin osram oslon 660nm are very efficient with high photosynthetic rates on paper....80w of 660 monos seems a bit excessive? Idk for sure, the osram zelion(125w) with mostly oslon 660 &pmma lenses was a nightmare to grow with in a 2.5 x 2.5 closet. Bleaching from 24 inches, cal def, dark tox leaves, i could go on......

I would stick around 10- 15% (knna rec. , but have increased efficiency since then) 660nm mono supplementation to play safe, can always add more if plants aren't showing saturation issues....

I was thinking that it might be a lot :). Thing is i still recon id have to get 4 strips, for spreading the osram footprint. Just maybe run them softer. Also, no lenses on the strip. Thx for ur time

No problem, it's all trial and error, no specific recipe that works for everyone........ good luck grower
