Temps for Titanium/quartz/glass nail?

I was wondering if anyone has preferred temps for their dabbing unit? Has anyone done any tests concerning levels of vaporization and efficiency with smoke amount, taste, ease on lungs etc?

Also I just cleaned my titanium nail and then dropped like a half gram of Ghost OG in one draw and this apparent sativa is giving me leg shakes and anxiety like a mother fucker! I wouldn't like to be in public like this!
If you ever took white blotter and had that tense feeling from the rat poison, that is how I would best describe it!

I like to heat my Ti nail till it just starts to turn red, and let it fade back before I take my hit. Glass...I dunno, smaller dabs on glass, so I try not to really heat them glowing. I have yet to dab off quartz...if I ever get off my ass and PayPal NGG I'm sure quartz will become my preferred nail to take hoots with.

yeah no acid for me anymore! im sure it was close to half a g i puddled the dab on the titanium nail like a mofo it was gnarly!
