Hello fellow photo geeks and photography engineers ;-) I've made this thread to discuss and learn more about my new hobby, photography.

This thread is for photography discussion, doesn't matter if your an Average Joe or a Pro; discuss forms of photography, camera and photography equipment, photographic processing, techniques, and concepts.

I guess i'll start it by mentioning my tool. Personally I'm strapped with a Cannon Eos Rebel t2i, what are you guys packing?

no way...start snapping now... get the practice in and settings on your camera dialed in

We were fools at the 1st wedding we did.. both of us shot over 2500 images each.. this was great till I had to go thru them all...

Nice thread. My girlfriend and I recently stopped working at our careers and stated doing our art and pursuing our passions. Restating are joy and interest in life. Check out her web site. http://angelajaramillo.com/ She has been at it for about 4 years or so. Keep taking pictures y'all!

Hi all. I have a Canon Reble EOS T3. I have the stock 18-55mm lens but I would like to upgrade to a lens that can take photos closer up. Can anyone list the lenses that can take close up photos for the camera?

(for portraits/poses/general all purpose)

the sigma 2.8
est ($400.00) This was a great lens for the price as well..
