I used to run Technaflora, and it was my favorite of all the brands I tried. Now I just use the B-1 vitamin stuff about once a month and supersoil.

the recipe is a good starting point for just about anyone. When you're comfortable using it you can start making your own recipe's or move on to the pricier nutrients with a little more confidence

i like technaflora been using them for about a year now with great results. i thought about switching but didn't because they work for me. what to watch out for is if ph is going up then you need more plant food if it's going down then just add water. its that simple. the recipe is a great place to start as the plants get bigger just follow the directions on the bottles.

Yeah this is my first full run with them, I switched halfway through last grow and they loved them. And this run also. Thinking about getting bigger bottles.

I like the RFS. The sugar daddy and b1 wont build up salts but will feed a little bit. I alternate between a feed week w/ full nutes like they tell you to and a then week where I only use sugar daddy and b1 green. If you buy the briefcase and some extra sugar daddy and b1 green you can do well.
I've spoken with the owner of the company a couple of times, that's what he suggested for soil growers irrigating every 5 to 7 days. One irr w/ full nutes then one irr w/ sugrddy and b1 grn only. It works well. You also save nutes that way. The nutes build up in the soil too. So on a week where you're not using full strength the plants still get fed.

I don't understand??? I use promix bx. I love it and I only irrigate every 5 to 7 days. Plants were in about 4 gallons of soil in 5 gallon buckets. A total drench of the soil took 5 to 7 days to dry out completely so that the pot was light and the top three inches of soil were dry.. Keep in mind plants like wet to dry cycles. I know everyone in the stores are going to tell you you need to water every day or every few days but you don't unless you are using small pots.
I like the 5 gallon buckets. Lots of room, they're cheap, and you don't need to irrigate all the time.

Lol at my self dont mind that last comment im going to use pro mix or advance sunshine didnt know if they held nutes like soil mixes, or is that stuff more like coco or hydro where every water requires nutes I guess but from the looks and what ppl are saying its on the same sechudual with soil mixess so its like feed water water feed water water

I went irrigate with full nutes one week then irrigate with sugar daddy and b1 green only the next. Just keep an eye on them. If the tips start to burn and/or they start to curl you can correct a little bit w/ b1 green but you don't want to go there. Your schedule is more conservative than mine. My sched may not work for you. All in all I saw explosive growth with RFS. Weeks 4 to 5 of flower it was 3 inches a day for a sativa.
The owner suggested I do a good flush so I did. I probably ran 6 gallons through a five gallon bucket on two seperate days. At the begining of the flush the runoff looked like coke. After the flush it was like mountain dew.

I ran it with coco and loved it.

Its pretty complete, and the Recipe Box is a deal if your only doing some small plants or a personal grow. Its one of my top choices, then I also like the Aurora Master and Organic Kits. I like the 5ml Master kit more then the organic.

Those are my top 2 rec. for nutes for a starting grower whether it be in soil or soilless "hydro"

Now it just requires buying too many bottles for me and I am running CNS-17 and its cool..... I feel its a little imcomplete compared to some of the other lines but for a 1 part its damn good.

Eh for lesd then 50 you get the kits. Its nice im about to get another so I dont have to run and get one when im out. Just feed photos at 1/6 strength.

I've been using the RFS and the reasons I like it are that the Ph doesn't fluctuate much after mixing a solution. I use ocean forest soil, 3 gallon containers, and have only added the use of dark energy and supernova. No burning, no deficiencies, explosive growth. Just entered bloom yesterday so we'll see how the rest of the cycle goes.

Ya know, I was readin the labels on the TA green vs the red, and I dont really like how the red says 'fortified with salt minerals' or somethin like that. So like you do, I use the green when I do use any TA at all. I also spray nitrozime durin veg once every 3 days or so dependin on how theyre lookin and no further than 3-4 weeks from harvest. I mixed a recommended gallon dose in 2.5g jug, so I think that helps me use it when I want without over doing it with kelp products. Ive been trying to research kelp derived products and I want to know: at what stages of growth are the recommended doses and applications?
