I got lucky they didn't get onto the main crop I chopped then down before, I'm buying Forbid 4F and will have then sprayed and fucked up by next week.
thanks mate.
Whoa, do not spray that shit on anything in bloom or will be within a month.

There are many simpler, less nasty methods to dealing with spidermites.

is it related to summer?
Lol well ya! Where do you think all these bugs come from, anyway?

Spidermites in particular are a summertime threat because they like hot dry weather best. They don't do as well in damp, cool conditions.

This tidbit can be very useful when fighting them, as it means you can help your pest control regimen by maintaining those conditions that inhibit them most.

Those fuckers are everywhere. attic would be a nice home for them. Hot dry.

You can bring them inside from the yard. Could be on clones you bought. Make sure you wear clean cloths. House plants?

Phosphorus testing

Spot measurements have been done for 5 lamps, 3000K 70/80/90 CRI, 3500K 80CRI and 2700K 90CRI

@Evil-Mobo is the preliminary winner! with the 3000K 70CRI samples easily providing the highest reading. I will be taking the results and weighing them against the Mcree curve for some final relative numbers that will hopefully predict which sample provides the best photon absorption for cannabis. I suspect one of the 90CRI samples will take the lead at that point.

This will all be in it's own thread, but I want to get all the data analysed and in the first post, either late this evening or some time tomorrow.

Wow didn't know the test would be so soon. Thanks for the feedback let's see how the rest of it goes. This excites me for the upcoming 3000K light I am putting together.

I'm taking a guest spot at autoflower.net in the Live Stoner forum this Saturday at 1pm EST. RIU members are welcome to stop by and check it out. I've went over a couple old interviews with other light manufacturers, some questions about the product but it seems to generally spiral into other aspects of growing so it could be interesting.

A new product line is in the works. Lead times are uncertain but end of 2016 should be the worst case scenario.

Most of the details have been worked out but it's top secret for now. :)
