as some of you know i am working on an aeroponics system i have been wondering wether it would be worth my while to make a propargator a budding one and a vegi one or if i should just have single crops

i am very short on space

i want the maxium yield in the smallest place i was thinking 4 flourescent tubes and my 400 hps would cover 4 or 5 plants

or

put the tubes in one the hps in another and get a cuttings box which would get me more yield 4 or 5 big plants or 10 lil ones

any recommendations on good things to spend my moneys on would be nice im making an investment into my grow room

help please

Uses the Rollitup profile
The amount of space for growing will determine what you are able to do. You need a well-lit space to grow in, why not set it up and go. Believe me, you will make many adjustments in the future.

Well, your HPS is your flowering light. You could use the flouros for side lighting, and do everything in the one space. When you have small seedlings or clones, you can use only the flouros. If you want to expand later, then you can.

Hi Mouse..

Clones are so easy to make and maintain (for months) with very little effort and very little light..

If you only have one room, I would use that room to veg rooted clones for 5-10 days and then flower them (or clone them and then veg them an additional 5-10days)..

You will need an additional small area to keep clones using a single CFL...

When you harvest your plants just move in another round of rooted clones.

This seems to me to be the most efficient way under your growing circumstances.

i love you

If your room is BUDDING.. 12/12.. you will need an alternate space to keep your clones (18/6)... This can be a very very small space with minimal lighting.. one CFL should do the trick..

: )

reckon i could clip my mother to hell and keep her in a space 2 foot high by a foot wide and 2 foot long or is that too small ? its a space under my desk that i might be able to utilise

then i could do my clones in a drawer :P
