Humidity at 45%
1 week old
2 cfl bulbs at around a foot from plants. I water around every third day.

I take it your giving it a low dose of veg nutes, right, with just enough of a microbe product so you know you have microbes working for you right. If not then you do realize your basically flushing your little seedling every time you water it.

What's the soil's ph?
How strong is the fox farm's mix?
Have you fed it too?
They may be burning.
IMHO.
It may be worth getting them in gentler soil, if its the case.
They really can grow further than this, before they begin to starve.
One week old, they barely have a tap root, to drink from.
Good luck dude,
Worst case scenario, you'll know what not to do, for next time.
I think if you act on it now, your mum will get her medicine.
Keep us all updated.

They're black and looks like they have a pointy arse
I'd say its gnats then. You're lucky. They're pretty straight forward to treat.
Get some yellow sticky traps. They're always handy to have in your space, all the time anyway.
Dry your soil, right out between waterings.
Keep the top few inches dry, so the larve cant come through.
The adults love damp soils, to lay their eggs.
The larve need moisture, or they dry right up and die.
The secret, is staying relatively dry, so the adults aren't attracted, in the first place.
I havnt had to use insecticide on them before. They're a pain, but easy to treat.
I have heard though, h2o2 works great for the larve.
Apparently Spinosad, is great for gnats too.
Pyrethrum works also.

Something to remember also.
Gnats are attracted to rot. Its what the larve eat.
Generally if you have gnats, there's rot too.
Keep it dry bro

.Roybi91 listen up! although they speak the truth about the gnats and keeping it dry with the top of the soil now isnt the time to stress your plants out like that, their to little, just put the yellow sticky traps out and focus on getting past the seedling stage. And dont use h202 as it can burn fine root hairs.

At that size, water maybe once, a week after germination.
What CFL are you using? A 20W at about 2 inches is perfect.

What do you suggest i do? Just water?

Do you have a syringe? They're the best things for seedlings.
Keeps the pot dry too. Means you can give them a nice drink, and not wet the media too much.
IMHO,
Id just get your sticky traps, and use those. They're fucken sticky though, watch your plants.
Just syringe water/feed, and keep it dry.
You need to be spoon feeding them atm.

Is that 450watts from the wall?
Or actually less?
Does it have a veg, and bloom switch??

Ok ill do that. When u say spoon feed, do i just wet the top of the plant or insert the syringe all the way down and wet the roots only? Its rated at 450 but im sure its around 150 actual watts. And it does have a veg/bloom switch. Its a vipraspectre 450w

Give it just enough, that your plant is healthy and growing. Treat it like a new born child.

Ok,
I have a viparspectra 900w reflector series. 480watts draw. The blue light on it, is too intense. I use the red.
Seedlings like red light anyway. Red light helps with trunk thickness, and the amount of foliage.
Blue light's more intense than red. Blue light keeps the nodes short. Blue light will stunt your seedling, right now. Know what i mean?
Red's kinder, and softer.
Imho.
Id leave the red on, and turn the blue off. You may be able to have the light closer this way too.
Then once its stacked some nodes, and starts branching, you're in veg. This is the time to turn both switches on, and raise the light a little.

So give them the bloom mode? Ok
As i was moving my soil around this popped up from the soil. Has a small pointy end and the belly looks green.
