Ok....updates. Its been a busy couple weeks, sorry for not being slow with the pics. Seems like my girl is having fun showing off flowers, but back to the dank flowers for a minute.....

chopped and harvested the rest of the pollen from the "ohio best of...." boy.

My plan to beat butte's 10x15 ordinances, is to give my plants room to grow down and up. So we will have 4- 650(ish) gallon raised beds under a carport type green house. So we started with about 30 cu.f holes (around 200 gallons) and while the ferts are cooking, I am working on the frame for the raised beds and supports for the greenhouse top. Pics to come on the frame once I make a little more progress. I'm definitely behind schedule right now.



Didn't help that we hit a water line to the other garden area, set me back almost 2 days tracing the lines back to a buried shut off valve, and getting the pvc repaired. It's all good now though.

You have some red clay there. Hard to dig, but once you get it mixed in with lots of organic matter, a damn fine soil.

If I remember correctly....I've had this little science kit since I was like 8.
I don't know if you can see from the picture but, everything in the box says "DANGER" or "WARNING" contents can be fatal.


Can't imagine this being considered an appropriate toy for children anymore....lol

The times, they are a changing. My BIL was telling me about his ex trying to get him for child endangerment when his son cut himself with a pocket knife he had given him for his birthday.

I had lots and lots of knives as a kid. A long bladed fish cleaning folding knife was in a coat pocket, and got carried to school when I was in 2nd or 3rd grade. It fell out on the floor when I took my coat off, so they gave the knife to my older sister to carry home. No spanking, no nothing. Just told me to leave my knives at home until I was a little older.

Looking good all around bro. With the sf restriction in Butte co, you might give some thought to a light dep greenhouse that you can pull 2-3 harvests a year from, not just one full season grow. Just something to think about. Best of luck to both of you..
