Flagstaff checking in. Thanks for bringing out a good T5 thread. I veg under a eight bulb, four footer, and love the results. Now I just need to replace the bulbs that it came with, with some of the UVL's. I read the better then LED thread, which had awesome info over Thanksgiving weekend. I'm on my second veg, and current first flowering is still flowering at day thirty six. Flowering in a 4X4 with a generic 600 watt bulb and ballast setup. I do like my Cool Tube. My bulb flickers and I got all hermies sadly. Maybe the result of the flickering, but who cares, just saying thanks for the good T5 thread!

50º and sunny, though windy. Maybe I'll go up to the Snowbowl tomorrow if it isn't super windy. The weather is always perfect up here.

New Years was fun downtown, went to a good heady party, consumed some tainted Rice Krispy Treats. Then went downtown for the pine cone drop. It was insanely crowded under the cone. Thought I was going to be smushed. Funny thing people were packed so tight, and a randome friend of mine ended up being pushed face to face with me, so we hung out for a while. Tons of good vibes downtown New Years eve, it reminded my of living in Breckenridge, Co. There were always a ton of drunken town festivals there were everyone had a great time.

Hopefully we will get some snow sometime soon. I mean snow like a 128 inch dump, I've been there for those when I was in Mammoth, and they really set the mountain up with an awesome base.

MurshDawg,

Happy new year and happy growing.

So now that you're reaching the end of the run with these T5s, what do you think? It seems that many are displeased with the pr0fesseur's information - is there anything you would change? Comments/Concerns?

Thank you again for sharing this grow.

Though I agree with the principles in the Pr0fessuer's methods; I think we may have overlooked the impact that light frequency has (not just color but how the light looks as a waveform) I will continue to research this t5 thing. I think they are awesome if you are trying to grow your own; but if you are trying to help others you should at least look at incorporating t5 lighting in with HID lighting or at least incorporate multispectrum lighting theory into your HID lighting solution. Thank you so much for taking the journey with me. I would have had another video update but I had some oral surgery but I'll be posting pics soon so stay tuned.

MurshDawg,

As with any school of thought in this activity, our lights have their positives and negatives. To be brief: "great for growing your own but overall weight and production is lacking" - so far, I agree.

Oral surgery is rough. Heal up and get us that update! I'm guessing you sound a little like the cookie monster right now... or Captain Stottlemeyer.

Here's a little update. I harvested the Chem and skunk moms early because of all the over nuting I did to them; they were looking horrible. I still have my cheese in quarantine still no new nanners. I hope you guys are enjoying life and my thread. Thanks for the good vibes and well wishes! I think it helped me get better quicker.
