switching from soil to hydro-Wilma system?

hi guys and girls, just about to switch over to a Wilma 4 pot from coco and soil ,been reading tones of stuff just wondered if you had any tips as a first time user

hi all set up now, its the new Wilma system 4 pot with 11 litre pots, I have 3 air stones in it was wondering is that to much or not enough? and the watering times should i feed every hour or a few ? im running a 250w MH in veg then switching to my 400w hps, oh and do i need a heater ? don't know if it will be cold if anyone can help? thanks
