What we need now is a White Christian Attorney general to Endorse Torture
So colour is a factor in supporting executive branch policy in regards to the GWOT?

Let me get this straight, White attorney generals support torture and Black attorney generals only support assassination programs?

He's a big second amendment supporter, thinks it should extend to drug cartels and everything.

I don't think you understand FATCA. It's a foreign banking law which requires Irish dual citizens and American expats to allow American IRS and other American intelligence agencies access to your entire financial records in the name of finding tax cheats. We fucking own you.

"And imagine if this disclosure requirement was applied by other nations. Would America's banks really be comfortable reporting back to Mexico, China, or Russia the financial portfolios of the 11 million immigrants living in the U.S.?"

But America the great doesn't, we only make laws to spy on our own citizens and those with dual Irish citizenship. I don't know how you gingers like being our bitch, but in Canada droves of Canadians are going to the Consulate and renouncing American citizenship and only keeping Canadian, the appointment takes over a year now because of FATCA. There is even a group suing the Canadian government because there's a law which doesn't allow searches without a court order.

He has every right to care, even if he's a ginger dwarf. If you don't like it, tell O'bwana to get America out of his county.
cool racism, it's too bad that you are so unintelligent and unoriginal that you had to borrow your racism from kynes.

still, about the level of intelligence i would expect from a racist.

Got your facts wrong as usual!
cool exclamation point!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATF_gunwalking_scandal !

"Gunwalking", or "letting guns walk", was a tactic of the Arizona Field Office of the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), which ran a series of sting operations[2][3] between 2006[4] and 2011[2][5] in the Tucson and Phoenix area where the ATF "purposely allowed licensed firearms dealers to sell weapons to illegal straw buyers, hoping to track the guns to Mexican drug cartel leaders and arrest them."[6]

I was thinking the same thing.

He certainly has the qualifications to be nominated.

Personally I think he just makes oodles of money doing personal appearances and dictates policy behind the scenes.

You think he would have a chance at being confirmed? I do, and yes, it frightens me a little after hearing some of his legal justifications for things like fast and furious.
They changed the confirmation rules for Judges in the Senate, didn't they? Harry Reid heads off problems with DC Judges that may hear Learner's Congressional Contempt charges, etc? (charges thus not brought) He changed it to a simple Majority or something.

I think this will apply to Holder. He is a straight shooter and gets furious, fast. Should be fun.

Obama has announced that he will not be nominating his next radical for Attorney General until November, because he does not want it to have an impact on the mid-terms.
