Hello all, Thanks for stopping in.
I'm sure that you have all seen the claims/testimonials that cover every bit of the Superthrive label.
I was hoping that you (the rollitup.org community)
might post any input/insight that you have concerning this
self proclaimed #1 perfecter.
Can it really work that well?

I used throughout my grow and I believe it helped. My plants endured tremendous stress at one point, where they were left unattended for 5 days in a very hot box, outdoors, under lights with no watering. Temps ranged from low to high 90s. And they all survived.

I agree with the wise words of abud. above^^^
I tried it, but I no longer use it at all.
IMO, it does not live up to it's marketing hype!

The only sure way to know if it helps or not us to do a comparison grow with and without under identical conditions. I may be willing to do that experiment my next grow.

I believe it does help. The AMOUNT of help is debateable. In my estimation that
is just keeps the plants a little healthier and improves shock recovery.

In the end I think that it's best benefit is it's ability to help keep
problems from arising, whereas without it some types of problems may
have an easier time getting a foothold on your plants.

Thank you for your comments everyone, I use the product
However I don't have room to do comparison grows.
Hearmenow, That would be interesting though.

it's pure hype, i bought a bottle a few months ago, never have opened it, not after reading up on it online, pretty much seems like they cut and pasted a bunch of crap that doesn't even make sence and put it on thier lable, but hell, they make a lot of money for expensive water....

What someone should do is fine a friend/coworker who works at a lab and have them analyze it to see what's really in it, that'd be the least time consuming way of testing to see if it would work. If it's just a bunch of useless crap in the water, they'll know.

st contains auxins and other hormones and vitamins. it doesn't say, but allow me to break it down for you; superthrive is a root stim product.

i have done side by side grows, and i absolutely love st. roots are very fat, healthy, white....

no st looked like a normal grow....

wish i had pix, but look at my thread (kp gets her feet wet) and look at my roots.

love, kp

Does Superthrive Really Work?

Found that interesting, concludes that it is a trainsplant-aide but as far as increasing growth or potency it's still under debate, some people see it as a miracle worker and other don't see any difference.

I use it, at 1 drop a gallon a bottle will last a long long time, it may work magic, it may not, but I already spent $8 on it, might as well use it. One thing I can attest to is that anything it touches will smell so awkwardly foul that you're so weirded out by it you keep smelling it.

my plants were nearly dead and superthrive brought them back within 5 days new green growth just started growing and i burnt them giving them full nutes straight away and now they are fine i would recommend it if your plant is severely stressed

I use Superthrive not only in my maryjane hydro system, but also as part of my normal watering for ALL of my plants. While I have no proof it works, ALL of my plants are insanely healthy, strong, and fast growing. I get comments on the health of all of my plants when people come over. There is an orchid grower in South Florida where I'm from, she has been growing orchids for 50 years, and she swears by it.
