supercrop or lst?

So what should I use on my feminized jack, killing fields and hereijuana? I have used supercropping in the past with great result but can I use that method on feminized plants? I dont want to stress them out and cause a hermi but I do want to get the best yield possible.

I do all sorts of topping and shaping with my fem plants and I have never had a problem. Make sure you do all of your work in Veg because once it starts to flower it can freak out the plant.
