Super soil grow with Qs?

This grow is Subcools ss Recipe.
I Live on the north shore of maui.
I am running 2 strains from bag seed very very good bag seed.
I have had a constant battle with spider mites. ( i control and kill with a combination of sprays, anything from fogging with dt to spraying habanero spray to spraying garlic....etc.. I keep the mites at bay)
My ph is low 6s, (i use the drops to ball park I've had several pens break )
My plants are planted in top soil with supersoil consuming the bottom 35 percent or so of the pot.(3gal pots t this point)
My plants stay outside on my porch then come inside into my tent with t5s all night to stay vegg.
Thats all i can think of oh and i take water out of the tap at around 9 i let it distill for a couple days then i ph down it to the approbate ph.
My main question here is DO MY PLANTS NEEDOR WANT MORE FOOD? should i use some liquid ferts or teas if any food at all? what kind of teas should i use? Can i use worms I've heard they can help?
Are my plants reaching there full growth potential?
The pictures I'm going to attach are of my plants they are almost 2 1/2 months from germination?

My first few thoughts. Phing in organic soil is NOT helping anything. If you are using ph up and down save those for your hot tub. Instead use oyster shell. Gypsum, coir. Or somethin to buffer ph ahead of time. I would worry more about your ppms.
Secondly I have seen very few successful inside/ outside grows pic. Unneeded stress. Inviting pest Which you already are battling.

Worm castings is what you want. Lots of it. Tip dress. Globally. And in your Ewc teas.
Pics will help with what they need as far as nutrients.

Vermicompost (worm shit) is definitely what you want. A couple inches of it as a top dress will deter most pests. Neem and karanja are great as well, if used as soil amendments they work systemically.
You could probably use DE to great affect as well.
Definitely stop phing though, it's unnecessary. Do like greenmachine said and use something like oyster shell flour to buffer your soil.

i'd say it's safe to assume that your supersoil at the bottom of the container has food in it, but keep in mind a layered soil is sorta a silly concept to fully grasp, at least for me... but I I digress.
you said you "distil" your water for a couple days?
I gather you don't truly mean distill, right? you aren't boiling the water for two days right?
Yes worms do help, in fact in a layered soil, i'd highly recommend using them, but that's only because I HATE the concept of layered soil to begin with.. so in that regard worms will help breakdown the nutrients down there a ll better....
3 gallons is a tiny ass container for outside...
putting them inside each night is going to allow those mites to procreate MUCH faster than outside...

so heres a couple photos? an what do you mean buffer my soil? i can send chlorinated ph9 tap water into my soil without any repercussions ? that doesn't make sense to me..

an ya i know bringing em in at night is bad for the mites but considering my neighbor downstairs is flowering i can't have porch lights and are light this time of year is just about 12 12 so the second u put em outside they flower and i want to veg them into bigger trees. there in 3 gal cause there just starting to take off there growing pretty slowly but i plan to transplant into final pot in about a month
also getting a 1000 and an ac for my tent.....so ya idk

no when i say distill i just mean i let it sit for a couple days
