Super Confused Need Super Help

HI, well my plant started outside for a month and it had a bunch of hairs on it already, then i took it inside and put it under sum mh lights trying to stress it back into staying in veg.and it has been growing crazy alot bigger but it is still is growing hairs and the ones that were on their since the beginning are turning brown but others are still forming, it also looks like their might be bud starting to grow over the hairs. It is not that big of a plant i have been bending it but would it still grow under these lights or will it fuck it up? should i switch it to 12-12 hps or is it nessecary? can i still grow it then put it under hps or would that be a waste of time? thanks a bunch my 1st grow do not want to fuck it up its goin soooo goood any help would be siick its a time of need!!!! from S.D,CA peaace!

hey man what your plant is doing is called secondary budding, this is a technique that can increase yield by up to 25%. The immature buds will continue to form as the plant grows this is why you see new bud over the old nothing to worry about, if anything let it keep growing and you will end up with a lot more bud.
