Sunlight in the day and CFL's at night?

I decided I would put the plant on the screen patio in full sun(minus what the screen blocks out) during the day today. Then when the sun went down, I moved it back under the CFL's.

Is this OK?

Thats fine. I do it every summer. Keep in mind that the plants will stretch a lil from the sunlight.

Yea but it seems to be going slow. I have it under 6 23watt cfl's

The plant is almost 4 weeks old and only that big, actually a little bigger cause that was taken a few days ago.

But I figured the sunlight may help speed it up some...
Looks like the soil is very dense, I would mix some perlite in to help with drainage and getting oxygen to the roots. How often are you watering? What kind of soil?

Yea man, it's some BS soil I had before I bought fox farm soil. Think I should re-plant?

I water like once every 2 or 3 days. I put about 2 cups of water in...

Yes, transplant to the FF. This soil is perfectly ph'd and aerated so your baby might still be able to give you something nice. Keep you're water, nute solution ph'd from 6.3-6.8, aiming for 6.5
