if you can run over to Santa Rosa there's a carport frame for $75 currently on craigslist.....http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/cto/4010159485.html
Thanks for that. Right now I'm just starting to look at what's available and exactly what I want. I probably will wait until this years harvest is over and done with before I make any purchases. I'm a research fanatic, so this might take some time, that's why I'm starting to ask for suggestions from this forum. Best Grow Forum on the net in my opinion- everyone has been great and most info has been spot on. Big thanks to everybody.

Hoop house few pieces of 1/2 inch PVC or whatever thickness some joints and rebar to pound in the ground it put the PVC on to keep the shape and some 6 mil clear painter plastic! Prolly cost you 100 bucks some clamps and zip ties and your good. And you need to keep it down so keep sand bags or
sethong to hold it down.

I'd go with the hoop house. They are Easy to build, and the design is naturally strong against wind (relatively low and single arch shape).

But I would get some real greenhouse plastic. Available online. it has UV inhibitors so the plastic won't brittle up and distintegrate in a few months.

Lots of DIY how tos on the web for hoop houses of all sizes as well as commercial availability.

I go to KY Wholesale for supplies sometimes. Been to River City Phoenix a couple times, just to check it out, wasn't impressed. graduated fron CSUS years ago. Very familiar with Sac. Used to party at Old Sac, Oasis Ballroom, lots of different clubs back in the day. Is Crawdads on the river still open, used to like that place- every thursday was Reggae night. Sac was the happening spot back then, could be now also but I'm not into that anymore- too old, Ha!

i got a 12ft high carport and like many you have to replace the white covers with 6-11 or 16mil clear poly so when i account for that not as cheap as a diy hoop house. you can use the original tarp sometimes but growth is slower:D
