Succession harvesting and drying question.

Hey guys and gals i have a question that i've searched the answer to but cant find. I have a couple plants that have been hanging in my dry tent for 5 days now, tonight or tomorrow i plan on harvesting the last plant of the outdoor garden. My question is if i chop her down and put her in the dry tent with the other ladies, will the new introduced moisture affect the plants that are already in there in any way. Be it smell or taste or anything like that?
I have a dehumidifier, humidifier and AC taking care of the environmental conditions in there. I just dont want my 2 plants to get ruined and taste like hay.
Thanks for any help i may receive.

Awesome. The last plant can go for a week longer but the damn caterpillars are going to town on it. I'm afraid if i don't pull it now there won't be much left. Thanks for the quick reply.

I'd be damn sure there are no caterpillars or budrot on the new stuff I'm hanging with the previous other stuff. Not sure if any of it would transfer over, but I'd worry about that the whole time.

Bring it outside and hit it with a leaf blower really good. It should help get pests off. I’d also do a bud wash for that plant before hanging it with anything else. Check for mold & rot before washing & snip it out.

3x 5gal buckets for the wash. 1st bucket use 2 cups of 3% peroxide and fill with water.
2nd bucket use 2 cups of Lime/lemon juice and fill with water. 3rd bucket plain water.
Give them a good 3-5 mins of swishing in each bucket & hang dry somewhere for about an hour before putting it in the tent with the others.

Don’t be too rushed to get it done, and neglect to inspect them for any critters.
I hope you’re able to salvage most of your harvest.

Hey thanks for the reply. I was planning on giving them a wash just like i did the other ones. I always inspect them when removing the big fan leaves before hanging. However i have noticed that when i wash the buds the smell just isn't as good as it was before washing. But they sure look purdy.

Well after last night im pretty sure that caterpillars don't drown. After washing my buds twice i went in to the dry tent to hang them up when all of a sudden i notice a little caterpillar squirming around on the floor of my tent... then i saw another and another. After i was done murdering the little bastards ( stopped counting but it must of been like 20-30 lil fuckers) i noticed what im pretty sure was caterpillar poop. They where all on the floor or crawling on the tent walls. The plants that were in there were also washed twice and i left them in the wash and rinse water for a minute or 2 so that the bastards would drown but they didnt. So now i have to go in and inspect all the drying buds and hopefully dont smoke any creepy crawlies. To make matters worse i also found the borg on my indoor girls. So now i got to go to war.... lame.
